Dear cadets,
The annual BNU recycling day is round the corner. Do get all ready to do your part for the environment!
As a prelude, we will be carrying out paper recycling in school from 7 to 20 Jan. During this period, students from all classes will be involved in collecting any form of papers for recycling, e.g. newspapers, magazines, etc and stacking them up neatly in your own classrooms for submission on 21 Jan.
CIP hours will be awarded to all students and more to the top performing class with full participation. Note that CIP hours are measured based on weight of papers collected. More details will be given by the Environmental Ambassadors from your class.
Note that you are not only playing a part to save the environment, you are also contributing to the poor villagers in India. We will be selling these recyclables to the karang guni man in exchange for cash as our fund raising efforts for our Service Learning to India in June this year.
So do lend a helping hand in any way that will make this project a successful one! A million thanks in advance!
