4D3N (7 to 10 June 10) – Pahang Adventure, Kuala Lumpur Paintball, Malacca Shopping: Isn't this wonderful?!

Dear participating cadets,

Please report to school on 7 June 2010 (Mon) latest by 3pm in School PE T-Shirt & Track Pants. Do inform your parents about the details of this trip based on the notes given to you.

Please take good care of your health during this period as you wouldn't want to fall sick and miss this trip or fall sick during the trip! Do get enough rest, have a proper diet and drink plenty of water everyday from this moment! You are encouraged to train up by climbing up the staircase everyday.

Please note the following details based on the packing list given to you:

Attire (minimum)
•Tops: Minimum 5 T-shirts including NPCC T-Shirt(s), School PE T-Shirt(s), Plain light-coloured T-shirts with no fanciful words/pictures (shirts are for trekking, water activities, paintball, etc)
•Bottoms: 2 track pants, 1 PE shorts, 1 casual pants/jeans
•Shoes: 1 pair of covered shoes for trekking (with socks), 1 pair of covered shoes/booties for water activities
Do not forget your briefs!!!

Haversack
•1 big haversack (carry everything on your back)
•1 small haversack (carry small items on your back during trek, e.g. 1.5litre bottle, snacks, etc)
No hand carry luggage & sling bag are allowed.

Personal Medication
•Paracetamol,Charcoal pills,
•Medicated oil, eye drop, insect repellant, heat pack, muscle relaxant
•Asthma inhaler (if applicable)
•Prescribed medicine by doctor (if applicable)

Food & Drinks
•1.5litre bottle of water (compulsory)
•Energy Snacks (during trekking)
•Tidbits (during train ride)
Refrain from buying food and drinks (apart from dinner) in Johor or in the train during our journey on the first day. Bring your own supplies instead.

Accomodation
•Sleeping Bag (compulsory)
•Toiletries
•Sandals/Flip Flops (only for use in resort)
•Sleeping wear (if necessary)
•Jacket (if needed at night)

Others
•Torchlight (compulsory) with sufficient batteries
•Foldable umbrella
•Cap
•Tissue Paper
•Plastics bags (to store soiled clothing)
•Pen

Cash
•Bring no more than RM$200
