It's compulsory for all NCO's to take part. However event is at 7pm to around 10pm in full u. Last badge to go before getting promoted to Sgt Officially. It's a public event. It is an exhibition. Compulsory for all NCO'S. More details will be provided as soon exams are over. It is on the 29/10/2011 Saturday. We are helping out to man a booth. This is a Police activity.
