The SPF-NPCC Badge Presentation Ceremony is a highly regarded ceremony in NPCC . It marks a milestone for personal achievements and recognition. This most prestigious NPCC badge is awarded on this day by DCP Wong Hong Kuan, Deputy Commissioner (Policy), Singapore Police Force to deserving graduating cadets for their leadership and outstanding performance with a strict set of criteria put in place.
