1.30pm – 2.00pm : Fall in for attendance taking and attire inspection
2.00pm – 4.00pm : Revision of drills
4.00pm – 4.15pm : Break
4.15pm – 4.45pm : PT
4.45pm – 5.30pm : Games
* training to be conducted in PT kit *




Secondary 2 Training Schedule


1.30pm – 2.00pm : Fall in for attendance taking and uniform inspection
2.00pm – 4.00pm : Revision of basic drills, marching and sizing
4.00pm – 4.15pm : Break and change into P.T kit
4.15pm – 4.45pm : Physical Training
4.45pm – 5.30pm : Games
* training will be conducted in half u *




Secondary 3 Training Schedule


1.30pm – 2.00pm : Fall in for uniform inspection
2.00pm – 3.00pm : Revision of basic drills
3.00pm – 4.15pm : Arm drills
4.15pm – 4.30pm : Break and change to PT
4.30pm – 5.15pm : PT
5.15pm – 6.00pm : Games
6.00pm : Debrief and release
*Training will be conducted in FULL-U*


*All the sec 2 and 3 NPCC cadets are to bring along their required uniform attire for the training coming this friday. All cadets are to report outside the npcc room 1.30 p.m sharp
