Secondary 1 Training Schedule

1.30pm – 2.00pm : Fall in for attendance taking and attire inspection

2.00pm – 3.00pm : Camp craft ( Knots and lashings )

3.00pm – 4.00pm : Foot drills

4.00pm – 4.15pm : Break

4.15pm – 4.45pm : PT

4.45pm – 5.30pm : Games

* training to be conducted in PT kit *

Secondary 2 Training Schedule

1.30pm – 2.00pm : Fall in for attendance taking and uniform inspection

2.00pm – 4.00pm : Revision of basic drills, marching and sizing

4.00pm – 4.15pm : Break and change into P.T kit

4.15pm – 4.45pm : Physical Training

4.45pm – 5.30pm : Games

* training to be conducted in half u *(will be punished if fail to bring half-u)

All sec 3 cadets are to bring along their full-u and pt kit. Those who fail to do so will be punished  unless VALID reason provided to NCO's.
