The SPF-NPCC badge was first launched in 1997 to give recognition to cadets with outstanding achievements. It is the highest award badge that cadets can vie for. The objective of awarding the SPF-NPCC badge to cadets is to identify and recognise outstanding cadets with good leadership qualities.
Qualifying Criteria
- Attained a minimum rank of Staff Sergeant
- Possessed ALL proficiency badges
- Passed NAPFA Test
- Participated in ALL NPCC activities
- Organised a project/programme/activity at Unit/Area/HQ level
- Participated in at least one competition or any one of the major NPCC events
- Possess good conduct, strong commitment (at least 90% attendance), consistent good performance, positive attitude towards learning and leadership qualities
